After our last complaint, FNB collected the laptop, the person dealing with the matter Casey, had the keyboard fixed, but the the faulty screen (from date of delivery) they refuse to fix, we did after receipt of laptop made several attempts to FNB to help resolve this matter but tennis was played between FND and Acer, when we approached hellopeter they responded for the first time, but NOW we must pay for the defecticve screen, although it was broken from the beginning, please help, my husband wants to close all his accounts with FNB they are a bunch of skelms
