Cancel debit orde

I am on maternity leave and I don't get paid, I only get uif money to buy food for my kids. I went to Capitec bank and cancelled all my debit order but I am surprised when I see my money going out while I had an agreement with African Bank and Old mutual. I don't have food for my kids and I dnt know where I will get money now cz I am going back to work on December and I told this two companies in Springs branch both (African Bank and old Mutual). I want my money back cause I did sign papers cancelling this debt order personally I will deal with companies I owe. Thank you
