I have a complain about an African Debit order that went thru my account on the 30th September 2013.I do not get paid by Capitec bank account. There is a debit order that took my money from the account which i do not know. When i asked at the branch they told me to get a settlement letter from African Bank for this account. In the 1st place why will i give Capitec Bank a bank account that i am not getting paid with. And they told me that maybe i had an agreement wih African, even if i did i do not see why is this any of Capitec Bank's business. I thought that was my account that i opened anything going on in it would be done as per my instructions and if there's any breach that will be between me and African Bank. The consultant has a nerve to tell me they ere doing it before and the NCA complained about this... And this is a because i have an FNB account and i would instruct them anytime to dispute anything i dnt want that deducted my money. All i cud give them was a statement that showed a zero balance and they asked for a settlement letter which i dnt have... u can kiss my banking and my family and my frends and my frends's frends gudbyeeeeee for this stupid policy
