Please look at my previous complaints regarding my accounts and how un happy i was with the way that Discovery conducts business. It was so bad that i requested a cancellation as my insurance jumped with R200 as an annual increase and that was a bit steep. I was then told from cancellations dept that they will reduce my premium to R879.15 and i got the policy document and agreed to stay, last month you took the correct amount, this morning i see you guys took R1080, why did you take the R1080 now? Please can someone in a Senior capacity phone me. I really cant deal with a call centre agent.
