Annual Increases, No Flexibility

I'm have a saver medical aid scheme with discovery and am the only member on my scheme. Every year Discovery increases their premium by R100 with a slight increase in the savings amount. I don't get through my savings in a year so I dont need the increase. Unlike most organisations in the industry Discovery will not reduce the premium which is complete nonsense. The rate at which the increases are headed I might as well change to a higher plan with more benefits as I'm paying more but receive the same benefits. Completely Dissatisfied with Discovery's service and their lack of flexibility. In this day and age customers are looking for flexibility with their schemes and would prefer to pay extra for a company whose willing to adapt to their needs and not the other way round. Will not be recommending Discovery to any family of friends and in the process of getting quotes from their competitors.
