I got a quote from Outsurance they could not beat my current premium. I called them to ask for my R400 they told me that Naledi Mahalefa will call me. He did not call until I post a comment on this site. He asked me to send him my latest policy schedule and my banking details. I did just that & that was the last time i heart from him. He does not answer my calls he does not respond to my emails but i get read receipts. I hear Darrel17 want to report the matter to their CEO. The CEO is aware of this hole thing. Let us all report this matter to Advertising Standard Authority of South Africa [URL Removed] We must not let Outsurance to get away with this.
