After complaining about their bad service regarding my application for a smart device and all (see my previous complaint about them), someone phoned me on Friday and said that FNB will be able to help me, he just need to speak to his supervisor and then he wil get back to me... it is Wednesday and still no one got back to me he phoned from a private number so I have no idea who to contact... this is no service, maybe I should just find myself another bank.
