I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Mark Ward, whom is the Claims Specialist for the KZN and the Eastern Cape area. He has been absolutely fantastic. He assisted me with all my queries and has gone beyond the call of duty. He is a true asset to your company and should he ever leave, you will truly have a loss. Mark has presented himself in an extremely professional manner and has at all times being caring, compassionate and considerate. He truly takes his work personally and treats his customer as though it were a personal matter. He is WONDERFUL.
