On 11 April 2013, I applied for a smart device on my existing account. Almost 2 weeks went by without any feedback when I decided to follow up. FNB informed me that I qualify, but my application got lost even thou they could confirm the details of the transaction from their side. They promised me that someone would phone me within the day. It's been another week without feedback. I am extremely disappointed with the service. They promise delivery of the device within 10 days, but could not even give feedback within 18 days.
