Paying for a new card due to faulty machine twice

2013-08-01 FEE-REPLACEMENT ATM CARD ## R 40.00-
This is so unfair
I went the ATM put my card in and it got stuck this is the second time now the first time the machine rebooted while I was busy
Why should I pay R40 for a new card everytime the ATM jams up. This is money making
How many people have to pay for standard banks faulty machines.
Klip raod grassy park atm faulty i refuse to pay I want a refund asap and ja R40 is a little but how many R40 per customer do u take and how much does that work out 2.
