I have been to vodacom shop in alberton city, phoned customer care but everyone say do a sim swop when i ask why if the card is still able to send and recieve sms'e, the thing is when i swithch on phone it will only for a minute have the service provider VODACOM and then no signal, when i use the card on computer internet i can send and recieve sms'e, i can not call.
i will not pay for a replacement card i did not damage the card at all (why still sending and recieving sms'e on the card) in my contract vodacom did not say anything that if sim card is faulty the user must pay even if the user did not misuse the card. i want my account to be working again i pay for a service which i dont get!!
