I have never dealt with so much incompetence. I have been trying to get duplicates of my original papers for my car for the past 3weeks. When contacting the documents department, firstly it takes nearly 10-15 min just to get through to a consultant. I then get the information I need eg. Fax all necessary documents off and the papers will take 5-7 days. I then call a week later to follow up, then I receive an SMS at the same time that i am on the phone with the consultant saying that they could not process the application because I didn't include a letter of request (Which I wasn't told needed to be included in the first place). I then after that 45 min call re-fax the letter of request and documents again all signed! Only to receive another SMS 3 days later saying they could not process my request because it wasn't signed!!! I already paid for the documents to be sent to me and now have to yet again make another 45 min call of frustration. This is why I changed banks! Never will I want to deal with this bank again!
