I logged a call with Standard Bank Vehicle Finance department so that i may add to my vehicle finance additional service plan because my maintenance has expired. My call was assigned to Margie Shodries a Consultant in the Service Fulfilment | PBB Ops Shared Services. She sent an email, requesting documents to process the application, which i sent to her within 24 hours of request. She read my email and totally ignored it. 7 days later she sends an email saying i did not submit the documents she requested. I later sent her an email which included the email that i initially sent to her, she read it but totally ignored the email. I did not receive a courtesy call from her letting me know what had happened to my application.
This is sheer incompetence and I don't know why people like her who are not dedicated to provide "Service Fulfilment" to the clients is doing there. The managers will surely know about this behaviour as i will write a dis-satisfactory email to them.
