I am not happy with the service I've received on my repurchase for Fundisa account no 551619373 .I faxed my forms on the 21/01/2013 and the call centre agent never informed me about an acceptance letter that also needs to be faxed. My case was pended and no one called me to let me know that the payment will not be processed as there is no acceptance letter. I called on the 28th only to find out that the amount was not paid. We could not get an acceptance letter from UJ because we had to change her course since she never qualified for the initial course that she applied for. They could only give us a quotation letter and another call centre agent advised that the quotation letter will be acceptable. I faxed the form on the 29 JAN only to call today and find out that the faxes was not working yesterday and there is a backlog -that is not my business! I emailed the form today and was told that the document has been indexed and my case will be escalated. Registration closes tomorrow and classes officially commence on the 01st. I need the payment to be processed with immediate effect. We can only register once the payment has been made. This whole matter has been an inconvenience
