Dear Peter,

Is there any possibility for FNB Credit Card division to resolve my matter? I am waiting for my Credit Card now for two weeks and up to this stage no feedback was given to me and I am getting tired of it now.

I am a new customer and they treat me like this!!!

Please resolve the matter before I go back to Standard Bank.
