Have made 2 payments on this account. and they do not wish to acknowledge my 1st payment. hav sent over 10 faxes i have scanned and emailed the receipt 3 times. they call me twice a day give me a new consultant to talk to and i have to explain from the beginning the story to a different person every day. it has been over a month and my payment has not been allocated to this account. this is a tv license account-wich i do not even have a tv was never informed i had to pay and i am still getting charged yearly amounts to this account for wich i do not have a tv for over 2 years.
