Unhelpful Call Centre and Incompetent service

I had a multi loan account which was handed over to Nudebt management and I have made arrangements to pay this account off. Unfortunately my account is still being debited twice a month even though I am continuing paying my account

2. There are two payments that I have made which have not been allocated on my account.
I paid on the 3 December 2010 a R100, I sent the proof of payment, but that money apparently doesn't reflect on their system.
Again I paid the whole outstanding balance of R4996.89 on the 10th of December 2013 and sent the proof of payments to Nomthandazo and the 086 623 1707 number and still that money has not been allocated.

3. Today the 18th of December 2013 I phoned the call centre trying to get to SA Multiloan department with no joy, I was continually put through from one agent to the next and could not get the help of why am I still owing when I have paid all of these amounts.

My ref is 17400482 . I need this matter sorted out urgently as another debit order will go through my account which I have paid.
