I am inundated with sms messages from NUDEBT that a TV License account, with nr 116312919, is outstanding. Furthermore, NUDEBT continues to pester me to make payments on this account, despite the fact that I am not the account holder. This is NOT my account. The account and account holder are unknown to me. Despite numerous requests to NUDEBT to stop pestering me, they continue to do so.
