PAYMENT MADE TOA WRONG ACCOUNT

ON THE 21ST I WENT TO TRUWORTHS AT PROTEA GLEN MALL, I GAVE THE CASHIER MY ID, SINCE I TOLD HIM I DONT HAVE MY CARD YET, HE TOOK MY ID AND GOT MY TRURWORTH ACCOUNT. I MADE A PAYMENT OF R800. AND MY MONTHLY INSTALLEMENT IS R250, I ASKED HIM, WAS IS IT SHOWING -800, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT HE MADE A PAYMENT TO A WRONG ACCOUNT, THAT I CLOSED BEFORE. HE CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY WILL UPDATE TO THE NEW ACCOUNT AFTER 48HRS..WICH WAS GOING TO BE MONDAY, I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND TOLD ME THAT IT HAS NOT UPDATED, I MUST CALL AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY, ON TUESDAY, RECEIVE THE SAME STORY, I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVENT RECEIVED THE RECEIPT, CALLED THE BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE RECEIPT WAS FAXED. I CALLED WENSDAY, TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO RECEIPT THAT WAS FAXED.. IVE NOTICE THAT TRUWORTHS IS QUICK TO CALL U IF U HAVENT MADE A PAYMENT, BUT WHEN U HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM, THEY VERY SLOW TO RESPOND AND TAKES U UP AND DOWNN. I JUST RECEIVE AN SMS REMINDER TO PAY THEM R250..CAN SOMEONE CLEAR THE PAYMENT TO RIGHT ACCOUNT AND I WANT THE BALANCE. I WANT TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT PLS. DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH TRUWORTHS..
