Claims not responding - 48 hours

I have logged my claim with ABSA claims department on 22 November 2013 @8.08 am, reference number was provided and stated that the claim will be attended to within 48 hours. When you call the call centre on 0860 30 2011 you hold on for longer than 30 minutes and yet they do not answer the phone, only lousy jazz music playing. I escalated the complaint to ABSA complaint on 0800 414141 and there they inform you another 72 hours before they can come back to me.
As a loyal ABSA customer for more than 20 years, this poor service is not acceptable.
