CLAIMS ARE NOT RESPONDED TO

I have an outstanding claim since October 2013 and to date no one has been send to come and look at the damage. After numerous mails and calls this claims has still not been attended to

My new claim has resultant water damage, It is just impossible to get through to your call centre to follow up and when you get through you are being put on hold for 30 minutes at a time.

Come on ABSA we cannot do business like this.
