I'm trying to understand why is my credit card balance hasn't changed since well I paid last month October, and I was referred by Blue Bean Credit Card to go to one of the nearest standard bank branch. I went there and they printed the statement for me but still no one couldn't explain after my last month October payment, why hasn't my balance changed and I haven't used my card after paying for it last month and it's showing on the statement. Now I'm sitting with a bank balance that will never be explained why is it not going down since I'm paying for it, and by the way I made other payment yesterday. Standard Bank the first rand bank limited.
