Quick to take my premium, poor service on claims

I reported a claim on 9 January to the ABSA Insurance Call Centre and spoke to Dercia (reference number 1-1032772960 & claim number 000441612*001*001). I was promised that a claims consultant by the name of Grechen Botha will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. It is now the 17 of January (7 business days) and no call whatsoever. So ABSA, if my monthly premium was late by 7 days, would you still insure me. Your competitors are advertising "bending backwards" for their customers. What are you doing other than just taking my money. I am totally dissapointed that it takes you more than 7 days just to log a claim. forbids, how long it will take to process this claim. I am a unhappy customer and now clearly looking around after being a loyal client for over 15 years with no claims. Totally disgusted.
