ABSA Rewards started paying reward points for fuel, no all of a sudden nothing gets credited onto my account, I have raised it with ABSA directly, they forwarded my email onto Rewards but 2 weeks later and no reply.
Funny thing is I pay a monthly charge so surely the least they can do is reply even if it's a sorry it's a glitch or we stopped crediting for fuel, but no reply whatsoever. Great service!
