Im fed up... first there was issues when i opend my cheque acc with FNB which eventually got sorted! than comes my online banking... i called 3 times spent all three times up to 30mins on the phone with these consultants and still i cant bank online. i tried contacting the in-contact dept so my cellphone number can be changed so the otp can be sent to a working number and everytime they tell me its been changed but when i try to log on BAMMMMM same flippen problem... so now i still dont get notifications and i cant log onto my online banking...!!!
