MOST USELESS BANK EVER!!! I phoned to change my cell no as it is incorrect, they told me they changed it but on trying to log in to fnb online banking the number had not been changed. So I loaded some more airtime called back had to go through the whole authentication process AGAIN, telling the consultant that i'm running out of airtime I was told that she cant call me back! I can t get onto online banking to load more airtime and so I'm now STUCK!!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
