I complained about this in August and its stopped for a month or two now again Derict Axis has taken it upon itself to debit my account of 25/11/2013 25/11/2013 EXTERNAL DEBIT DIRECTAX DAF6305301 131125INS PREM 0355422631 R 45.00, I have called Direct Axis this morning and I seem to be getting the run around am really sick and tired of this please close this whatever policy it is.
Since Feb-2013 Direct Axis has been debiting my account of R35 and I have no clue why I do have a loan which I took with Direct Axis in 2011/08/02 and monthly debit being R 594.61 of which I have never missed a payment in fact I have an advance amount of R 171.36. Now suddenly when I check my bank statement I see the is an amount of R35 which Direct Axis is deducting form my account I don't know why
