I have always felt that Nedbank at Capegate Mall doesn't give good servicing and feedback to customers.
I had experience this on numerous occasions. Few of the Sale's consults are not always willing to explains certain things to me in details.
A month ago I was there to apply for a personal loan, which I have received an enormous respond from Nedbank. While I was there, I decided to ask questions about how I could save up on banking charges, One of the Sales consultant directed me to another sales consultant, saying that She will explain everything to me and provide me with better options. Few seconds before I could go to her, ( Infront of me) She tells the sales consultant (that I was busy with), that she cannot assist me because she will be leaving soon. She made me feel like I was invisible, She didn't't have the decency to look directly to me and inform me. I was then directed to another sales consultant. He did manage to help me, and made few changes for me. But It's been almost 4 weeks now and I'm still awaiting for some feedback from him. He said he will provide me with an cheque card and it will take 5 working days to receive. Since Then no one has called me or emailed me
