Worst customer service! first time home buyer and was contacted by a consultant called: Victor Chauke he is a home loans consultant in the the pretoria and country Nedbank home loans, his contact details are: 0824696449, and office 0124367409. This consultant was rude and abrasive when asked questions I asked if I could get his supervisor on the line which he refused to do saying its his responsibility to deal with customers on a day to day basis, I then asked if I could deal with a different sales consultant as there was no way in would I carry on dealing with a rude person uneccessarily when enquiring about a home loan. I will also be reporting this matter to Hello Peter if I do not get a response from Nedbank. It is a great pity that potential customers have to deal with this poor sort of customer service
