NO RESPONSE ON PERSONAL LOAN

I applied for a personal loan in the morning on 2 August. The consultant who helped me advised that the personal loan would be processed and funds paid into my account within an hour.
Based on that advice, I made a commitment and promised the other person that the transfer would be made before lunch. Until 4 'o clock, I have still not received any funds. I emailed the consultant asking for advice and help as the commitment still stands and I haven't received anything. She read my email (I receive read reports) but didn't even bother to reply!!!

It is now 5 'o clock and I don't have a clue of what is going on? If the turnaround time of a personal loan is more than one hour, the consultant should advise you properly!

Very disappointed in Nedbank's service. And I still have the commitment I made - the person was nice enough to give me extension. Hopefully this can be sorted out ASAP.
