I have send a letter of cancellation by email, fax & a lady call me to confirm my cancellation but I am still being debited including yesterday on the 25th November. I have proof of all the emails & proof of faxes sent.
First cancellation was: by email 27 August, by fax 30 August, by email 15 October & by email on 1st Novembe
