Money Still Outstanding on my Account

I Mr A Fortune has phone RCS on the 31 October 2013 to enquire what the full outstanding amount was on my account. the amount was R3756.19. I have then electronically transfer that amount immedially after I have spoken to Robyn from the Accounts department. yesterday 25th Novemeber I received a letter from RCS the I still have an outstanding balance. this is now the second time that this is occuring with me. Can the people at RCS not do there job right. it is so frustrated as you already sit and wait on the phone for confirmation and I told Robyn from RCS that I am settling the account as we speak. put I still received an outstanding balance from RCS.
