Account handed over to NDS Credit

During September 2010 I paid my account in full settlement. Since then I received no statements or phone calls to advise that there is any outstanding balance. On the 25th of September 2013 I received a sms from NDS credit advising me that my account with Woolworths has been handed over for collection. I should contact them urgently quoting a reference number 6007850137537294. On contacting them I was informed that an amount of R 285.00 is still outstanding. I sent them the proof of my payment.

On the 25th of October 2013 I contacted them again only to be informed that the amount has now increased to R 302.00. They had no knowledge or record of my e mail sent with the proof of payment. I resent this e mail.

To date I have not had any response from NDS or Woolworths regarding this outstanding account.

What am I to do now as surely they are going to blacklist me.
