Once again these amateurs have failed to execute the simplest of tasks error-free. I received mails and sms's that gave me 20% discount on my outstanding balance if I settle it before the end of October. The same day I settled the full amount as requested by the company. 2 days later I went to the store only to find out that I still had a balance. The outstanding balance on my account ads up to 20% of the initial amount I owed, so what does that tell you?
