I recently bumped my car for the first time in 30 years. I approached Santam, spoke to Bryan at the Call centre who was so friendly and helpful it was great! He referred me to the Acessors in Sandton and I dealt with Peter Khoza, who assessed my car and promised me a quote the next day. He delivered in writing, and my entire experience with the exception of Jamila Philander (who was supposed to stay in touch with me and never even contacted me) was great. I had to phone today to speak to someone else to tell her my car was successfully repaired, but this report in about the excellent service I received from SANTAM!!! thank you guys, you are the best.
