I am truly and utterly sick of ABSA! I have been trying to get my personal loan and credit card statements out of you for the past few weeks but you just ignore a person! I phoned numerous times and always got told to e-mail and after numerous e-mails still nothing! I posted a report on hellopeter a week ago and got a silly reply that someone will contact me and no one did! Now because i did not pay because i am not getting service from this ridiculous bank i receive threatening messages that i have to pay my account today or there will be DRASTIC LEGAL CONSEQUENCES. Are you serious? I think i should escalate this matter to the papers and where ever it needs to go to get everyone to know about how you refuse to service your clients but threaten them like this! RIDICULOUS ABSA!!!
