Previous months ive noticed that the Rewards im getting, seems less then ive calculated, so ive phoned and asked for a recon to be done. An amount was later added to my balance. This month i checked my rewards - R25-81 was given to me, but the amount only on my fuel is suppose to be R35-00. What happened to the rest of my Rewards, as ive spend more then R2000 on my credit card, as well as my Sasol fuel purchases? Nobody is able to explain this to me, so i think i must cancel this Rewards-story and rather opt for E-bucks.
