On comparing my credit card statement, with the Absa Rewards statement, I found that I do not get rewards back for these transactions, I contacted the call centre, where I was informed that I am not suppose to get rewards on certain purchases, as I am not on that level, but every month they take their R21 rewards fee. When I showed them on my Fuel purchases from Sasol, and that I did not get my rewards, I was told that I must get all the statements and show them where I was suppose to get rewards. This is their product, I pay a monthly fee for this, why must I show them what they did wrong. I asked for this to be escalated, which will properly take weeks, I at least got a reference number:1388056
