Terrible banking experience

All 3 my linked accounts with Absa have been frozen, without a single word on why.
I cannot access my accounts, I cannot make payments, I cannot make inter-account transfers, I cannot create new beneficiaries, I cannot do one single thing.

AND I DONT KNOW WHY?!?!

I called the "help centre" number twice, both with varying results, but none favourable.

I was even referred to a department within ABSA that does not have a number to call. Email only. You cannot speak to another human being in that department. They don't have phones.

I'm going to change to another bank in 3 days if I cannot access MY OWN MONEY!!!
