Early last year 2012 i lodged a complain at Credit ombudsman about flemix associates, the case was handled by Mr Lee Sobrathi and it took the whole year without being resolved and the case was closed. Early this year 2013 again i logdge the same complain and it seem this case is gonna be closed without any resolution. This year the case was handled by Mrs Barbara and the last time she responded to be she told me that Flemix agree that they obtained the garnishe illegally from Enkangala Court, while i'm based at Centurion and that they agree to pay all the monies deducted from my salary since Nov 2012 and that as much as i am liable for the debts they will make an arrangement with me to agree on debit order and they will phase away all the ridiculous charges they charged, i agree on that, to my suprise now everything has changed since Mr Lee took over from Mrs Barbara, i must now signed a debit order authorisation, send it to him so that Flemix will continue deducting R1100, they will only send a letter to my employer to stop the garnishee, but still deduct the money. A loan of R3500, i must pay back R41304.30, Mr Lee told me i must hire a lawyer to do further investigations.
