I was at ABSA menlyn this morning to close and account. I have 2 accounts there. I had to change my internet login details to the other account - I did change the details at the enquiry desk. I asked when I will have Internet banking access/when my password will be enabled? She said Immediatly. No I still cant get access to my account-its not the first time that this has happened.. Really - dont tell us that something will work and then it doesnt!! I have to make payments and now I cant.
