CHARGED 3X FOR STATEMENT

On 28/9/2013 I visited FNB Bracken City and requested a bank statement. The person assisting couldn't get the printer to work and kept entering my details into the system. Eventually I got my statement but was told "Oh sorry I printed it from the wrong system and you will have to come back as R77 has been charged three times to your account!! As the bank was very busy being a Saturday I returned on Monday 30/9/2013, where the consultant put a request into the system to have the charges reversed.
To date I have not received the funds back. This is unacceptable and I want these ridiculous fees reversed immediately.
