Absa
Cannot create or relink accounts on internet

All my accounts where link with each other on internet banking. But because I have had a suspicious phone call I have stop it temporally. After reinstating all my beneficiaries where gone. After the third visit to different Absa branches that was fixed. But nobody in Absa can link the four accounts again they say it is impossible. I ask then to create a internet banking on the other account but it also not possible because according to the network its already register. I just cannot understand it was link now nobody can do it.
