We applied for a home loan as firts time buyers, all our doc's was sent on the 6/11/13. We received no feedback, i phoned on the 14th, to hear that the file is closed, because they could not get my husbands company on website to get a tel nr to do work ref. The company is a t/a, so they never did the effort to search for the t/a name. No one informed us that this was the problem. I still don't see how they should google the company for a number - WHAT IF THE COMAPNY DON'T HAVE A WEBSITE!! After call's and emails send to Thabiso Khumalo after he send the complaint for escalation on the 14th, he told me on the 18th to phone Complaint resolution. Then Portia Majozi acctualy lodge a formal compalint on the 18th. So finally Patrick Murga phoned my husband for a company letter confirming employment, send it to him, no reply as today from Patrick. Prudence Mnguni told me the credit department will decide if they accept the letter - (they asked for it - to decide not to accept it WTH! Today we phoned now they could'nt open the website because i can. My offer on the house expire tomorrow. I need feedback from a manager. This is the poorest excuses and services i ever saw in my life.
