Wrongfully deducted payments

I recently applied for a home loan payment holliday at standard bank. They phoned me to tell me that it was approved and that they will send me written conversation. They then send me a letter with the wrong home loan amounts. So I phoned them to rectify. I was then send the right letter to state the new repayment. On the 03/09/2013 I received a. Message to say that the bank took another payment for my house, which means in one month my house was paid twice and deducted from the wrong account. Once again I phoned them and was told that the money will only be repaid to me in 5 working day. So in 7 days I will only have my money back in my account. This is unacceptable. I also have bills to pay and getting penalized for late payments. Plus I had to get money to pay into my account so I don't get a rd on my account.
