Today, I received an email from liberty advertising standard bank current accounts and their benefits. Already being a current account holder I saw there were some services which I am entitled to which I wasn't aware of. I went to the Standard Bank website and searched for the one of the services "Take Me Home". No results - however searching from google I was able to find it on the standard bank website. I opened the page and tried to click on the "Value added service" tab - that didn't work in google chrome so I had to switch to internet explorer.
Finally I get to the tab open and the content wasn't helpful at all. I had to read through the full terms and conditions document to actually understand what the offer is. The site refers to "3/4 incidents for the period are covered" without telling me the period is. Also, under the credit assist section it tells me when the credit assist desk is open but not how to contact them.
This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with your website Standard Bank, sort yourselves out!
