A request to cancel our life cover0009861135 & replace the cession with a different policy was submitted to your the nedbank branch in goldman street florida on the 23rd of september, today the 01st of october i contacted the nedbank insurance call centre who says they are waitining for a replacement of cession from home loans. i am being sent from pillar to post.i want the nedbank life cover cancelled, replaced with our liberty life cover and the instalment for the nedbank life cover that was deducted on the 30th of september should be refunded.
