I have a building loan with you and have realised that we don't have life cover, it was offered to us in the beginning but I I thought we had it already so i declined the offer. I phoned through yesterday morning to get a quote on life cover and I was told someone would call me back. Three phone calls later and two days later no phone calls. Obviously Nedbank doesn't need my business!!
