No Response for anything I Apply Online

I have applied for an xbox 360 online on the 18th and received an sms advising that I will get an outcome shortly, surely that is not SHORTLY as I haven't received anything from Fnb

More than 6 months ago or so I have applied for an overdraft and never received an answer and when I try to do this again online I get a message that I have an application pending

On Saturday I applied for a small loan of R3000 online and was approved and the sms says I will be contacted SHORTLY!!! M I ever going to be contacted by FNB about the Loan, Overdraft and xbox?

IS FNB EVER GOING TO HELP ME?
