Moved my insurance to Discovery Insure because you get the DQ Track functionality. This means I can map a "Safe Area" on the map and if any of my vehicles leaves that area I get notified. I think this is a great service but mine has not been working for 1 of my cars since inception, I also never received the installation certificate for this vehicle like I did with the other one, so this installation was botched from the beginning.
I logged an incident on with the following reference: 4000385421-Ctrack Online Support Request -WRefNo#3093894525# on the 25th of November already. I am paying far a service I am not getting and nobody at Discover seems to be very worried at all. The matter was escalated to management as per email on the 2nd of December but still no action.
The time it takes to resolve this query is unacceptable.
